5. Description
Ulyses 300® (Ursodeoxycholic Acid) is used to treat certain types of liver diseases, such as primary biliary cholangitis, and to help dissolve certain types of gallstones in patients who cannot undergo surgery. It works by decreasing the amount of cholesterol produced by the liver and absorbed by the intestines, which helps in breaking down cholesterol-based gallstones and improving liver function.
